Rating Levels

You have frequent or severe episodes of salivary gland disease requiring ongoing treatment. The condition causes significant dry mouth, recurrent infections, or chronic pain affecting your ability to eat and speak.

What the VA looks for

Frequent or severe episodes documented
Ongoing treatment required (medications, procedures)
Significant dry mouth (xerostomia) documented
Impact on eating and speaking documented
Recurrent infections or chronic pain noted

Common Pitfalls
